2022 Toyota RAV4 Colors helps the SUV stand out from the competition. Went in for my oil change. They said the brakes needed replacing. I was not surprised. They had 70,000 miles on them and were feeling very soft. The brakes are much better now. They finished with the truck sooner than they thought they would.
Work was done in a timely manner. Service reps were courteous and respectful. No problems.
They’ve had my car since September. Multiple technicians have signed off that my car was fine and it hasn’t been. I’ve sent it back four different times for them to still not fix it and then when I paid the invoice that was not my responsibility just to in this situation, the service manager and his technician had detached my battery because he wants me to have a talk about how they did me and basically sign a form Releasing them from liability. I’m suing it’s not happening.
Our service rep Preston was great! We didn’t have an appointment and he made sure we were taken care of anyway. Bob Howard Toyota will always be our service provider. We bought our vehicle there and will continue to do business with them.
Nice people but their service can be a little inconsistent. I will still use them.
