Initial request was not addressed, but later found to be a simple lose battery connection left by another body shop.

We made the deal over the phone and they did supply needed information. Agreed to pick me up from airport, and was there on time. Once at the dealership, it was a little hectic. I noticed a nail in the tire, so it took a little while how that was going to be handled. While that was being done, I waited on finance department. I had agreed amount check in my hand, and was told I needed another $200 plus dollars because they had figured the tax wrong. Once all the paperwork was complete, I still had to wait another 40 minutes ...

Provided excellent advice and customer service. Customer focused scheduling process, helpful and friendly staff. Free car wash after repairs.

Every time there is a crisis with my beloved old Sequoia, these folks are so honest, kind, and helpful to take care of the Sequoia as well as me! Zack, Kevin, Jay were all cool and great to work with. Finance guy not so much. His demeanor totally changed after we opted out of the extended warranty. Not cool at all.

Good system for car servicing. Usually done in a decent amount of time. Not sure about last oil change but the service rep “john”? Says there may be an issue with the oil filter on my nx300. Lexus/toyota. Same thing. Dont know what his angle was on that but told him go ahead and change it anyway. They always wash the car afterwards. John didnt and asked me this time if I wanted it washed. Must be a busy day.

I appreciate having an assigned advisor who goes over recs in person and communicates to the technician and escorts clients out when work is completed. Today I had 2 visits (needed a follow-up due to ongoing tire issue) with 2 different high-caliber and professional advisors. I respect that a conservative approach was taken first visit -more accepting and palatable to know a new tire was needed. My only comment is in regards to the complimentary beverages. Styrofoam cups continue to be provided; in this era of recycling and being planet-conscious, I look forward to when Toyota switches to paper biodegradable products. I ...

Great dealership, bought my Tacoma here in 2013. Feel they have always treated me fairly on service my truck. Left for a while when I had to move to Yukon. But I think I will just stick with this dealership from now on. Being convient is not always the best choice.

Service department visit for 10,000 mile service. Had an appointment and got right in. Waited about 30 minutes and was done. Good experience.
