Purchased a new Highlander. Great salesman. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Very courteous and worked with us on our trade. Didn’t feel rushed. Looking forward to returning to Bob Howard Toyota for service.

Before today I would not recommend this dealership. However, after today’s service I definitely recommend them thanks to Service Advisor Curt Schreiner. Curt is by far over the top in providing excellent customer service. I was treated with respect and Curt kept me informed throughout the entire process. I applaud Curt Schreiner for his professionalism and knowing how to interact with people. Bravo!

Great experience when I purchased my 21 Tundra. Rudy was as thorough as could be and was pleasant to work with. Today I had my truck in for an oil change.
