Mason was professional, prompt, and respectful and coordinated excellent service after I initially brought the vehicle in for an oil change, for which the pricing was very competitive. During the oil change, a leak was found in the passenger front axle seal. I was quoted a price with 1.5 hours of arriving and received a complimentary Uber home. Service was completed by 10am the next morning.
It was quick and easy process. A simple pil change was a quick in and out process, roughly 30 minutes while I relaxed in the show room.

My service advisor Jazzmine was incredibly thorough, was not pushy at all and when over options of service / repair that should be taken on my vehicle. I was treated like I was at a high end luxury dealership. I liked that she took her time and explained everything needed.
Got in and out for an oil change and tire rotation, took less than 45 minutes. The people that helped me were friendly and helpful.

Went in for tire rotation. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They were swamped. I wonder if no appointment is required. I felt like they were too busy to do a good job. I asked when I dropped off could they check air in spare tire because we are going on trip. The guy said yes. When I got home my husband checked the spare and there was nowhere near enough air. I don't think they checked it.
My appointment for routine maintenance and recall stuff was made so easy by Brett. I was checked in and checked out so quick and easy.

It took them entirely too long to fix my vehicle. I arrived at 9:36. I was told it would take until 12. I had to pick my son up from school. They gave me so many different times when my car would be ready. Let’s just say I wasn’t able to pick my son up from school and I was one of the first people in that day. I understand I was a walk in but almost leaving around 4:30 is ridiculous. And they had no loaner cars for me to allow myself to run errands. Customer services is not good ... Read More

Jazmine was weird from the start…I had already told them when the appointment was made that it was early both on time/miles and I get there and she’s telling me it’s too early for service…finished the service, rotated my tires and had to stop at Hibdon to get air because my light was on…hoping I can go to a different dealership for the next appointment
I was amazed that when I called today to see when they could get in my 2025 Camry for a software update (recal item) that Brett at the service department said "today". I was like, wow, really and so I drove over and they set up an uber to take me back home and pick me up 4 hours later when service was complete. AWESOME customer service and attention to detail!!! I can not recommend Bob Howard Toyota higher than writing this message and just saying thank you!!!
Service was done on time and very clean I'm satisfied with this dealership nothing I'll be back again for other services.

Always professional and friendly. Only problem this visit is that I added something for them to look at after they started and also mentioned over phone but it didn't get checked. Just need to make sure they write it down. So they had to bring back in after finishing it to check out the air-conditioning. All was good.
Kelley, my service writer, was the reference for excellent service. She went above and beyond on the way she handled my repair. The worst news that I received today was that she is moving to worke at an RV center.

I had an early appointment. When I arrived, Trey greeted me nicely. I explained what type of service I was having done to my 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE which was oil and oil filter change. Not long after I sat in the waiting area, I got a message that inspection of my SUV, got all GREEN. Not long after that my SUV was ready. Before leaving Trey helped me buy a touch up paint from the Parts Department. Trey had my SUV ready and I left the dealership. Overall, Trey and team made this a great visit to the dealership.

The finance office took a very long time. Very inconvenient and frustrating from my standpoint.

Preston is an awesome service advisor he listens and then explains a lot better than that rest of the advisors that I had used and is also has a great since of humor.
Nice waiting area, looked at cars while we were waiting, had some free coffee and doughnuts.

My salesman Ghandi was very interested in ordering the vehicle I wanted if it couldn’t be found rather than having to settle on one without the options I wanted.
My first scheduled maintenance today, and Preston met me at the door, told me what to expect, explained the process, and then when there were updated tasks related to requests I made, he explained how to respond and what to expect in terms of a wait. Fantastic service, and that combined with my outstanding purchasing experience makes this the most pleasant dealership experience I've had anywhere.

Sales staff was amazing but once we went to the finance office, the lady trying to push us into the extended warrantees and add ons was very pushy and relentless. Being in sales, I understand you have to be persistent but when I said no thank you several times and she kept pushing, it was over the top and bordered rude. She almost made me walk away from the whole deal, trying to convince me how often Toyotas break and how much I needed a better warrantee. Average service, extremely small waiting area, not a very welcoming environment. Closest Toyota dealership & have a pre-paid maintenance plan- would prefer to go elsewhere.
The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They really take care of my vehicle.

I took my RAV4 in for service. I worked with George Dosher Service Advisor. He is Fantastic and helped me get my transmission serviced, front and back brakes, a tune-up, oil change, both front ball joint done, and tires rotated all done by 12 noon. And the service department did a great job.
